Fausta Alakwe is an Alumnus of JMW Europe’s Leaders of The Future program and a project management professional from University of Boston. A 1992 electronic engineering graduate of University of Nigeria, he holds higher diploma qualifications in Petroleum Engineering and Project Management.

A pioneer staff of SEPCOL, he has at various times worked at Abbeycourt Energy Services Limited, Schlumberger Nigeria Limited and Berwick Nigeria Limited.
